Hello and good day to you all in the house, I'm delighted to present my entry on this day accelerator project organised by this noble community. This day talks about My Delicacies over the week or this weekend. Without much time wasted, I will be sharing with you all the food I ate during the weekend.

Weekends are usual days in which we have little rest after a stressful week which starts from Monday to Friday. Normally, during the weekend we tend to perform functions we have been unable to perform during the week. Things like washing, cooking and even going to the farm are all activities we do during the weekend.

This weekend is not an exception at all. Throughout the week I have been very busy which does not give me any chance to prepare food in my own house but with this weekend coming into display I have been able to cook for myself at least the money I normally spend on food will be saved for today.

This weekend the delicacy I prepared after a while is Egusi soup and Eba. As you can see from the image above I took my time to ensure that this comes to reality. I hardly prepare food at home but for the opportunity, I have to do that I always ensure I get the best. It's been a while since I had this type of food in the restaurants I usually eat within the weeks.

I forgot to take into consideration the various steps used to cook this delicacy of mine but in the subsequent weeks, I will ensure I guide you through the steps to cook your delicacy at home. I have only shared the out product of the entire stuff with us in this publication.

**** Conclusion ****

Since weekends are usually free, I want to believe that eventually, everyone takes advantage of the weekend sometimes to prepare food that they will eat throughout the week this goes a long way in reducing expenses. I have also decided to always make my food on Saturday since other days I will always be busy at work.
