It shows unity and shared interest among people who are mostly closer to ties. Through togetherness, we tend to build long-lasting relationships that stand the taste of time with guaranteed trust. This is the only sure way community is built and sustained genuinely. Each time togetherness is mentioned, it is imminent to know it could relate to different areas of endeavors. For example, when we talk about togetherness in a family setting, we should look at for love, genuine laughter, and shared memories with loved ones. And when togetherness is at a friendship level, we look at support and care for each other. In a community setting, we look at shared togetherness in areas of building connections with neighbors, colleagues, and people of the same ideology. For culture and norms, we see togetherness in areas of celebrating traditions and values. Meanwhile, togetherness has benefits that help position us better as a person and also in society. It gives emotional support where we receive support and other forms of encouragement from others. It creates empathy and compassion among people where understanding is given. Each time we stay together, it helps us relax and reduce stress and anxiety. Some people see it as a way to handle depression. Build stronger relationships where commitments are assured and a sense of belonging enshrined in the value system. All we care about is where trust and loyalty are given. --- |How can we create a stronger sense of community in our lives? |-| --- We already know those values that make up the act of togetherness among us. Being our brother's keeper is the watchword. In explaining this, creating a good sense of community depends on our ability to foster good relationships and connectivity. We have to give support, care, love, laughter, encouragement, a sense of belonging, share experiences and ideologies, etc, to be able to create a sense of community in our lives. Connecting through Love, Laughter, and 2. Connecting through support and care for each other 3. Connecting through building relationships with neighbors, colleagues, and people of like minds. 4. Connecting through the sharing of cultural heritage, values, and traditions. 5. Connecting through shared experiences and ideologies. --- |What are some challenges to togetherness in today’s world? |-| --- 1.Betrayal: No one would want to continue on a path that comes with deceit. A path that rides on backstabbing and not sure what is said would remain professional and taken advantage of. 2.Lack of Trust This is another factor inimical to our building a stronger togetherness in the world. In a relationship where trust isn't sure, people tend not to be at their best, especially while sharing their ideologies and experiences that should ordinarily prosper many. 3.Insecurity This is one factor that disconnects us from some of those activities that should ordinarily give us the platform to interact effectively. Life is precious and everyone responds to threats when envisaged. 4.Selfishness This may be from our insecurity. People tend to focus on things that concern them alone without trying to lend a hand of fellowship to others. No one is an island. 5.Enemity Bearing grudges and enmity is inimical to fostering stronger togetherness. Motivational words and encouragement do the magic here. 2.Fostering Empathy We have to tolerate people, especially during difficult moments, instead of antagonizing them, which creates another bowl of burden for them. We have to show compassion as a means to help them. 3.Improved mental health By helping to reduce stress through our meetups. Reducing stress, anxiety, and depression is key to having clearer mental health. 4.Fostering Stronger relationships Building trust and commitment would also help them as they already believe in our course. and the ability to lead them out of their present state. 5.Fostering a good sense of belonging Accommodating people, irrespective of their background, is a booster for them. They don't need to be wealthy before they are joined, but rather, being our brother's keeper should be our goal. This is my entry and I want to invite @chilaw, @@woka-happiness, and @stef1
