Las hortalizas son alimentos ricos en vitaminas y minerales que se cultivan principalmente en huertos y estan al alcance de todos. Si tienes un pequeño espacio de terreno fértil, allí puedes cultivar algunas plantas de hortalizas que garantizarán el alimento a tu mesa; preparar frescos y deliciosos alimentos ricos en fibras, vitaminas y minerales ideales para una dieta balanceada. ---- Promovamos entre todos el consumo de hortalizas que hacen bien a la salud integral y comencemos el nuevo año con rutinas saludables. ----- ## Propuesta del concurso: Para esta edición: **"Desafío Receta con hortaliza"**; deseo incentivar la creación de contenido que permita la difusión de recetas de tu propiedad que enriquezcan tu blog y sirvan de guía para los amantes a la gastronomía. Escoge una Hortaliza como ingrediente principal de tu receta y muéstranos el proceso de elaboración paso a paso; (Mínimo 5 fotografías). Cuéntanos la razón por la cual has escogido esta hortaliza, el costo aproximado de elaboración de esta receta y los ingredientes complementarios que utilizaste para dicha elaboración. ---- **Acompaña la fotografía final de tu receta con un cartel hecho a mano que proporcione el nombre de la receta; la fecha y tu nombre de usuario. Ejemplo: Receta de ensalada de zanahoria 09/01/22 @usuario** Te pido que uses imágenes de tu autoría para maquetar tu publicación y de ese modo, hacerla más original y exclusiva.
