Recently, my kids were disturbing me to cook goat meat pepper soup for them that they don't want chicken pepper at the moment. Though I promised them but never fulfilled it. So on this day, I quickly surprised them.

While they were with their grandparents, I quickly rushed to the market, bought all the recipes and prepared a welcome back meal for them which was what they craved for.

## Recipe

→Goat Meat →Fresh pepper →Grinded Pepper →Ginger →Garlic →Native spices →Onions →Scent leaves →Adusa leaves →Seasoning cubes →Salt

## Procedure

I washed and seasoned the goat meat with onions, seasoning cubes, salt and grounded pepper.

I quickly put it on fire and started pounding all the recipes that needs to be pounded. I started with my native spices, ginger and garlic.

Then, I washed my fresh pepper and pounded it as well.

Before now, the seasoned meat was already on fire. I allowed it to steam very well before I added my ginger and garlic, added the fresh pepper, covered and allowed to steam.

I added desired quantity of water, added my native spices, added seasoning cubes, added salt, confirmed the taste and covered the pot.

I proceeded to wash and cut my scent leaves and Adusa leaves (spicy leaves).

Did I tell you that I harvested the scent leaves from my small garden at home? Well! Now you know..... The appreciated my with "Mummy Thank You God Bless You" and I answered a big and thunderous AMEN..... SMILES. That was how I satisfied their cravings.
