## Morning/Afternoon activities

Tuesday, 3rd June 2025, dawned early, and I woke up at 4:12 AM, feeling renewed and ready to tackle the day. I knew my wife, being pregnant, needed extra help with household chores, so I took it upon myself to lend a hand. Before starting, I took a few moments to say my morning prayers, seeking guidance and protection from God, also expressing my gratitude.

After completing the rice selection, I woke up my wife and kids. My wife began cooking breakfast while I took the kids to the bathroom to get them ready for the day. We brushed our teeth together, and I helped them wash up. We sat down together to enjoy our breakfast, savoring the flavors and textures of the meal. With full bellies and a sense of gratitude, I left the house with the kids, using public transport to drop them off at school. ## Evening Activities

I packed up my things and headed to church for choir practice. Upon arriving home, I freshened up and took my dinner, grateful for the meal and the company of my family. However, there was no time to rest , as I needed to assist the kids with their school work. We worked together, going over their home work . As the night drew to a close, I felt my energy waning, and at 11:00 pm, I finally succumbed to exhaustion, drifting off to sleep.
