Some day work could be draining like today, I never knew that there will come a time in my life that I will be leaving home as early as 4am in the morning so that I could go and work, so this is where I have to admit that I need to employ additional labour because I can't do this all by myself, this is how my day went.

I woke up when everybody were still sleeping in the house, no one knew I was going to leave the house that time in the morning. My wife was not away, I only dropped her a note on the dining that I am going to work very early so that I can finish the work I left the previous day.

The other part of me is that I still need to go to village later in the day, so that was why I needed to get to work as early and as fast as I could get, there this farmland I was contacted to buy and it's situated in a very beautiful environment so I did not want that farm to pass me by without getting it.

When I got to work, I was doing every in God speed, I applied so much speed that even myself I was shocked. But do you know that I needed to rush to the village and I don't know if I was going to come back that same day but however the day would turn out to be, I will still update my family.

So in the afternoon, my dad called me that the owner of the farm had come to know if I was in the village so I could make payment then get transfer of ownership, I told him to hold on that I will be there within 2 hours, I had to call some of my customers to tell them I might disappoint them because I had some other things to attend to and the three customers understood.

After I wrapped everything up, I took some of my clothes and bagged them then I rushed to the village. I had changed up from the clothes I wore to work, then I put on my shirt and went down there. All these while I did not even eat to start with. When I got to the village, the green environment welcomed me and I took a selfie.

When I got to my family compound, the farm owner was called and he came, the money was paid and he signed power of attorney then I had the copy of the document and also gave him a copy of that too. I was taken to the farm, I changed into a very casual wear again because I needed to survey it once again as the new owner.

Before we could come back, it was already late, so I called my wife and told her I won't be coming back to the house, I told her to expect me as early as Saturday morning and she prayed for my safety then we bided each other goodnight. I was served ekpang nkukwo, my mom knows this is my favorite.

After eating, I went to the village square where we do have network so that I can write the diary of my day. I amen enjoying my stay in the village, when I get back to the house, I will be given roasted goat meat and I will eat before going to bed, so for now my people stay safe friends.
