Greetings my good people of steemit world, I'm sure you guys are doing well, I'm doing great also, by the grace of God. I wish for you all God's wisdom and abundant blessings in you life endeavours as I wish you a happy Sunday and great days ahead.
In my daily life, I do different things and I love sharing my daily activities, eventful and joyous moments with my amazing steemian friends with pictures.
Wednesday, July 16th, was a typical day for me, filled with various activities. Beyond writing articles, I love capturing moments through photographs, providing vivid explanations to bring my experiences to life. That Wednesday was no exception.
I decided to cook a delicious meal of rice and stew, and I'm excited to take you through the process. My day began with a trip to the market, where I purchased essential ingredients:
• Meat
• Fresh fish
• Fresh tomatoes
• Groundnut oil
• Sachet tomatoes
• Fresh pepper
• Onions
• Maggie seasoning
• Curry powder, and other spices

As I returned home, my little boy, Princewill eagerly awaited me, and he became my trusty companion throughout the cooing process. First, I measured out four cups of rice and cooked them for 15 minutes. After washing the rice to remove excess starch and dirt, I filtered it and set it aside.

Next, I chopped the fresh tomatoes, washed and chopped the fresh pepper and onions, and steamed the meat and fish. With the ingredients ready, I heated groundnut oil in a pot for five minutes before frying the meat and fish. Then, I added the ingredients in the right proportions, stirred everything together, and let it simmer for another 10 minutes before turning off the gas cooker.

Finally, I heated the filtered rice with two cups of water, allowing it to cook completely. Once done, I turned off the heat, scooped the food onto a flat plate, added sliced cucumber, and enjoyed the meal with Princewill.
Sharing this experience with you has brought back fond memories of that delightful Wednesday afternoon spent cooking and bonding with my little boy. I hope you've enjoyed this culinary journey, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts.
