Hello friends, I played another game of STEEM Memory and this time around is about food as I am a foodie. Matching the right food together was never easy, as I kept opening it to get the accurate results because there are many unmatched food items in the game.

I played the game twice, and I was faster the second time I played the game than the first time I played the game. The unmatched food is typically a Nigerian type of food, which I completed the game twice.

Food goes beyond nourishment, the scent of freshly baked bread in Nigeria tells so much. I love eating food and egusi soup is my favorite food. In Nigeria, egusi soup is made with ground melon seeds, leafy greens, fish, or meat, and it is commonly found in Nigerian restaurants.

Ingredients:

  • Ground egusi (melon seeds)
  • Palm oil
  • Blended oil
  • Assorted meat or fish
  • Spinach
  • Crayfish
  • Pepper
  • Leaf
  • Seasoning

It is very easy to prepare egusi soup, in which you will first heat the palm oil, add the blended onion, and fry till it starts to brown. Add ground egusi, fry on low heat while stirring. Add meat/fish, crayfish, and pepper. Summer and add a leaf.

Food is science, art, therapy, and tradition all wrapped into one. To me, food is the ultimate expression of my happiness, and once I taste or smell a nice food, it makes me feel happy.

My invites are: @dave-hanny, @jasminemary, and @woka-happiness

You are making good progress. With continuous practice, you'd become a memory game genius. I struggle with finding the cards as well.

Now, talking about food.
Egusi soup has to be one of the most underestimated soups in our country. After afang, and Edikan Ikong, it wears a huge crown for its tasty feeling on the taste buds.

This food is highly recommended for anyone visiting Nigeria for the first time.
