Hello fam, happy weekend to all my fellow steemians in the house, how are you people doing? I have a gist for you about my day, it's something you will love to see and read, so why not give me the honour to tell you how my day went?

In the morning, after I had gone to work, I was stressed, my head was aching me very much, I even had to take pain relief if it will stop hurting but it was too much to bear so I went downstairs to where I do buy food mostly from, there was no other customer there so I went there and sat where I won't hear noise up and down.

I stayed there and directed each of my staffs on what to do because I think I wasn't fit to do anything just yet that morning, like the whole thing was too much to bear. I had to buy ice block and use it to tap on my forehead before I went back to my office.

When I got to my office, I met my customer that came from afar for me to make her nails, I did not want her to go back home, so I told her to give me some minutes so that I can recover myself and get back to her. When I began to feel alright, I hastily fixed her nails and she loved the design even though to me it wasn't up to what I expected of myself but since she was satisfied with it, I couldn't say more.

By 4pm, the headache began to subside and it almost felt like I wasn't feeling any kind of pains, so I went back to the house and on my way, I bought premature coconut so that I can go and drink the water, I needed just the water maybe I was short of glucose. That was what one of my staffs told me and I had to do it

After I went back home, I cut the coconut and drank the water then sat down so that it can work on me, I also took that time to bath with cold water atleast the weather was a bit hot so that was how I became relieved of the headache.

After I began well, I went to my kitchen and dished my rice and came outside to eat, the weather was so fair that even after some minutes pass 6pm, it was still bright, maybe we are in long day short night, I don't know anyways. I ate the full plate of rice till it finishes, that was when I knew yes, I was very alright.

When I finished eating, I took the pain relief again because I don't want to wake up tomorrow for any reason and still experience this kind of pains . After I took the pain relief, I knew it was time to write and also share my diary with you, a diary of a strong man as myself who had a serious headache but still pushed through.
