Yesterday I have made some yummy fritters with potatoes. These fritters are really delicious with crispy and crunchy taste. Hope you all would like this recipe so much. Requirements

Ingredient | Quantity ----------- | ----------- Potato | 2 medium Water | as needed Green chili | 3 medium Salt | 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder | 1/4 tsp Coriander powder | 1/4 tsp Oil | as needed ------------ ###### Instrument : Grater, peeler ------------ -----------

PROCEDURE

At first peel two medium size potatoes and grate these with a grater. Put these grated potatoes in water. Wash these potatoes two times to remove the brown starch. Remove the extra water well and put these in a bowl.

Add required portions of green chili, salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder in the grated potatoes and mix well.

Add required portion of oil in a hot pan. Now take handful of the potato mixture, squeeze and leave in the medium hot oil. Fry the potato fritters until the color turns golden brown. After frying well, remove the fritters from the oil.
