##### Intrapersonal Intelligence. ~~

Intrapersonal intelligence constitutes a correlative skill turned inwards that allows us to configure an exact and true image of ourselves and that makes us capable of using that image to act in life in a more effective way.

People are sure to know what is best for us, and often come to the conclusion that we are not suitable for certain situations. My question is. Are we willing to keep listening to them? There are many people who do not want to make the trip alone, so they take the position of experts who criticize the trips of others. They're what are known as toxic people. And toxic people are the people who always give their opinion without being asked, who are experts in observing the actions of others, but who have never achieved anything on their own.

So emotional intelligence also has to do with knowing how to discard the comments and acts of others that do not benefit us and that, on the contrary, try to degrade us as people. If we are surrounded by toxic people who only know how to think negatively, let us move away for a few moments to pay attention to what our reason says, most of the time it is the reason that always has the wisdom and can guide us.

Emotion has no intelligence and no control, it just overflows and surfaces, it is up to each one to know how to control it and direct it towards something profitable.

The knowledge of one's own emotions. The knowledge of oneself, that is, the ability to recognize a feeling at the very moment it appears, constitutes the cornerstone of emotional intelligence.

The ability to follow our feelings moment by moment is crucial for the understanding of oneself. On the other hand, the inability to perceive our true feelings leaves us completely at their mercy. People who are more certain of their emotions tend to direct their lives better, as they have a secure knowledge of what their real feelings are.

Self-awareness is a basic skill that allows us to control our feelings and adjust them to the moment.

People who lack this ability have to constantly battle with unpleasant stresses, while those who excel in exercising this ability recover more quickly from life's setbacks and setbacks.
