When prices become so low, it makes the farmer lose money he has invested in feeding and taking care of the cow, as all he has spent is supposed to be recovered from his sales. This poses a challenge for dairy farmers as the market price is not steady. - ***Adhering to regulations*** There are Rules and regulations on maintaining a suitable environment for dairy farming, feeding of the animals, and the health care of the animals that a dairy farmer is to stick to; when these rules are not kept, there are consequences.
