My Agricultural Project Proposal was submitted last year in the ministry Of Agriculture in my state, Akwa Ibom State Nigeria,it was an application for Grants to support my Agricultural Project Cocoa Planting and Palm trees planting. It was a program done by the present State Governor to support Farmers,i picked up interest and applied, submitted my documents for selection and verification.

Am a young graduate that have zeal in agriculture production,I have started it was a little funs I have since I finished school, there's no white kolar Job,so I think I should be a producer from the agriculture sector. I started with 60 stands of palms tress. It has been doing well in growth,so I needed to exploit the Agriculture more than the little I do, that was why I applied for the grants. It was along side with cocoa plant, this proposal cost me two million naira in my local currency ( #2,000,000). It was really a worrisome situation where to have such amount. I was so favored on Friday that I was among those who received half a million Naria for my Agriculture project by the state government through the Arise Farmers Grants program from office of the state governor to support Farmers exploit some areas in agriculture. ![1000043195.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmY9NFW2QfN8RtBXBLoHD9asEf2kF3Umhy5NYE3195o2TW/1000043195.png)^{the proof of payment to my account, screenshot from Redmi A3}

Why I choose these two Cash corps to invest,is that it's economic potentials are much,palm oil is leading in some states in my country and also cocoa. So I will be investing the #500,000 naria into these two Cash corps, though am still looking for More grants from any None Governmental Organization NGO to still support my project.

I have hope of massive harvest after cultivation, and this will make me to be available in the current economic situation,no matter the what,at least I will be an employer of labor in the next 5 years. But I will asked for more agriculture advice from the nature & Agriculture community for more exploitation.

I really appreciate my state government and the management of Arise Farmers Grants program for the successful payment,I appreciate the Nature & Agriculture because I have learned a lot from the community in terms of Agriculture development. I advise every steemians to take advantage of any program,it will help.
