## What is teamwork.

An optimal group work does not create independent works or achievements, nor competitive environments, protagonism or internal rivalries; rather it ensures a general achievement as a team, a personal growth of all members and a guild environment such that everyone feels like a family, gigantic bonds are created and it is quite feasible that good friendships arise. Having an optimal multidisciplinary team is essential to achieve high performance in any plan. It can be interpreted as the function of entrusting several of my activities and occupations to my compadre, since I know that he is profound in that aspect; and in parallel, he and the rest of the team entrust me with several of their occupations for me to do. ## What benefits does it bring us in general.
