## MORNING ACTIVITIES

On Sunday, May 26th, 2024, found me wide awake. precisely 5:47 AM, I rose, not to the blare of an alarm, but to a quiet inner prompting. My first act, a ritual of gratitude, was to offer thanks to God. Church service wasn't on my agenda for the day; instead, a different kind of devotion beckoned.

I began workout of squats, push-ups, and planks, each movement a testament to my commitment. The air, thick with the scent of exertion, was soon replaced by the cool freshness of water as I rehydrated. A brief respite, a moment to catch my breath, and then it was time to prepare for the day proper. The bathroom offered a refreshing interlude. Teeth brushed, body cleansed, I emerged revitalized, just as the aroma of my wife’s cooking wafted in from the kitchen. Breakfast, a warm and comforting spread, was shared with quiet contentment.

It was then, around 10:00 AM, that a knock at the door signaled the arrival of my barber. A quick trip to the front of the house, and I emerged with a fresh, sharp haircut

feeling even more put-together. The clock hands seemed to spin faster that morning, by 11:02 AM, I was already settling down for another brief rest, the pre-production jitters for my upcoming video shoot beginning to hum.

## AFTERNOON ACTIVITIES

The afternoon was dedicated to the art of storytelling. My friend and creative partner, @Uyaiuyo, was due to arrive for our scheduled content shoot. The hours ticked by, anticipation and final mental rehearsals. Finally, at about 1:30 PM, Uyaiuyo’s familiar knock resonated through the house. Gear packed, minds aligned, we headed to our chosen location, a vibrant, bustling area that promised a rich backdrop for our narrative.

But Uyaiuyo, ever observant, spotted the falling currency. In a flash of well intentioned but misguided haste, she darted forward, her intention to step on the money to secure it while simultaneously drawing my attention downward.

What happened next was an unfortunate misstep. Instead of landing on the money, her foot landed squarely on my leg. The sudden jolt, coupled with her urgent pointing, made me look down. I saw the fallen money, then glanced at Uyaiuyo, who was now awkwardly trying to recover her balance. The immediate aftermath was a ripple of unexpected consequences. Uyaiuyo, feeling the sting of the playful but public rebuke, flushed with a deep sense of humiliation. Their innocent, uninhibited mirth only served to deepen Uyaiuyo's mortification. Despite the brief awkwardness, the shoot continued, the professionalism of both partners shining through. The afternoon stretched into evening, filled with takes and retakes, until finally, at 6:54 PM, we wrapped up.

Exhausted but creatively fulfilled, I made my way home. A long, hot bath washed away the day’s grime, followed by a dinner. At 9:30 PM, sleep claimed me, a deep, restorative slumber.
