It's the breaking of a new day, I was happy when I woke up, I knew I was not just able to see a new day by mistake rather there is a purpose to which a new day came to me. So when I finished having my quiet time, I went to the shop, this is me in my way to my work inorder to meet up with the work of the day

So basically, I was not going to just work throughout the day that was why I went there very early so that I will come back early and have time for my family especially my wife, I had something to prepare for her but I did not tell her just yet so I was at my shop working and then she called and asked if she should bring me food, though I was not really hungry but then who won't want to taste his wife's food? I asked her to bring it at least she will still come and help me with ironing some clothes.

After I finished eating the rice she brought, I appreciated her and she went back home while I continued with my work. Then by 4pm, I closed my work for the day and went back home but before I reached my house, I bought small okra, egg, onions, palm-oil and hot pepper so that I can prepare egg soup for my wife, she has not eaten it before and I have always wanted to cook it for her to taste.

This was my mother's best soup, she will prefer eating this soup to the likes of afang, editan, nkong and even normal okra soup so I also got Inlove with the soup. So first I chopped onions and okra and kept one side before frying the egg I would use to prepare the soup.

After I finished making the soup, I made garri with my own turning stick, this spatula was a gift from my beloved mom to me when I got married, my wife doesn't know how to use it, so I do use it to turn garri, I made the garri to be mild so that my wife can eat since she doesn't like it hard, she enjoyed the soup and was licking her hands when she was eating, this was the same soup she once called me a weirdo, now she has joined the weirdo gang, I kept laughing and when she asked me what I was laughing, I told her she is now a weirdo for eating this soup.

After I finished my thing, I washed the plates then I went to the nearby junction to buy us suya, I wanted to finish her with enjoyment especially now that our son is not here to disturb us. I bought enough of it and added pepper just the way she likes it. When I came back, I gave her her own wrap and also took my own wrap and we ate it.

After eating, I was so tired, so I told her I needed to rest, then asked her to call me when it is time to write our diary and then I went inside our room because the television she was seeing was disturbing me, when it was time she called me and I woke up, so here I am sharing my day and it will be the last activity for the day as I will be going back to bed.
