As I said I first went to the bouldering center in Fishwick and then for a walk in the urban forest not far from my home. We were scheduled to reach the bouldering center at 11 am, so I had an early breakfast: a bowl full of sprouts and a cup of coffee.

I call it an urban forest because calling it a park will not justify this place. I agree it was not the same when I entered the corporate world, but a lot of water has flowed since then in the River Ganges, so things are no more the same. Now I have no big dreams, no big asks, but my small wishes bring me closer to Mother Nature. When I am in the lap of Mother Nature, I feel like I have no right left to grumble around, and I always try to be grateful for what I have. So, by going to the lap of Mother Nature, by becoming one with her, I calm down my inner conflict, my inner noise, within no time. I feel we all must take out some time in our daily routine in the midst of nature, so that we can get the touch of Mother Nature! We can talk openly to the trees and birds here or we can achieve unity with them by being silent all the time! We can tell them our heart's pain.
