Who spends how much time outdoors? Every morning, if it's not raining, I try to take a walk before work in the office for about 1 hour. To do this, I arrive at the office around 7 a.m., park the car, and walk in the direction that is born in my head. Someone says that everything has remained the same or even gotten better, but I stopped going inside this building. I prefer to buy a burger at Burger King. They're making this city cleaner. It's hardest to do this in winter, when it snows. I remember that the first time I rode it was in the summer of 1986, 39 years ago, when I came to Kirov to enroll in the Kirov Polytechnic Institute. Then later, I rode my eldest son and daughter on it. But I didn't ride my youngest daughter on it. A new Wheel with enclosed stalls was built next to the former McDonald's building. It's taller than this old wheel. But on this one, the booths are open. This is what gives a special extreme.
