According to me, every Muslim wants is to get the pleasure of Allah so he try to do good deeds, perform prayers, and keep fasts.In this holy month, fasting is done for the pleasure of Allah Almighty. - There are many virtues about fasting in the Holy Quran. ## **Allah Almighty says that**:- **Fasting is for Me and I will reward it**. The greatest virtue of Mubarak month that Allah Almighty gives incalculable reward and reward to the fasting person. **It is in the saying of the Prophet that the reward of worship with Allah Almighty increases from ten times to 700 times**. A special difference between fasting and other acts of worship is that prayer, zakat and Hajj cannot be done in secret from people, but fasting is a form of worship in which the fasting person does not curse anything except Allah, the fasting person secretly.

He is able to eat and drink, he works with patience, because it is from Allah Almighty that he hopes for reward. On the other hands, It is not only a month of worship but also a great opportunity to help poor people.
How do you prepare yourself spiritually and mentally for Ramadan?

So I prepare myself before the month of Ramadan. There are two joys for a fasting person. One is at the time of breaking the fast and the other is at the time of meeting of Allah. It is normal that we start preparing for Ramadan a month before Ramadan. Being a muslim, we know that this life is temporary and one day Allah Almighty will wipe out the whole world, then keeping the same view.

We all Muslims welcome Ramadan Mubarak with great intensity and every day. Knowing the importance of fasting, I eagerly wait and welcome Ramadan

When all people fall from the same state during fasting, unity and harmony is created among them. Fasting also has a good effect on human health because keeping the stomach full all the time is dangerous for physical health. In Ramadan, fasting is practiced for 30 days continuously, which improves physical health. It leads to a healthy and prosperous society.
