Search 'problems facing current loyalty programs' on Google now and you will get millions of results. With issues ranging from simple topics like trust to most complex ones like improper segmentation and inconsistent performance. Honestly, when the first loyalty program was introduced to the world in 1981, loyalty reward programs had a lot of potential. They were meant to reward loyal customers and encourage return visits and repeat purchases and even though most of the big companies offer it, their inconsistent performance and sometimes poor service riddles the message and fosters little to no emotional attachment with the company. Gozo, says with transparency, trust and technology it can help people better manage their loyalty reward points. These points can also be used to apply for the Gozo Plus Membership where if accepted you will receive super saver deals such as travel purchases at heavily discounted prices. To make sure this feature works accurately, Gozo doesn't just need a huge network of participating partners, it also uses a unique market maker and exchange liquidity algorithm that will allow real time conversions and also allow for accurate matches between the value of a Gozo token and the value of diverse points offered by different vendors within the platform.
