Today I bring you a recipe that brings back many memories of my childhood, my mother always prepared it for my family, it is that type of dish that by tasting it you feel peace and joy. Undoubtedly one of my favorite homemade meals, I am eager to share it with you so that you can prepare it and enjoy it with all your family and loved ones. The combination of rice with a large amount of seasonings, vegetables and chicken, is delicious and although it seems simple, by combining these ingredients you will feel an explosion of flavors that you can not easily forget.

## INGREDIENTS. * 2 cups of rice * 4 cups of water * Chopped chicken * 1 onion * 2 Aji * 1 Paprika * 1 tomato * 1 Cebollin * 2 Cloves of garlic * 1 Carrot * 1 Tin of peas * Onoto * Cumin * Salt and pepper to taste ### PREPARATION * Wash the vegetables very well and cut them into small square pieces * Then wash the chicken well with vinegar and rinse with plenty of water. * In a large frying pan sauté the vegetables with 4 tablespoons of oil, when they are soft, add the chicken and leave to brown for 10 minutes. * When you see that the chicken takes a nice golden color it is time to add the rice, in this step we will brown the rice lightly and then proceed to add the water and raise the fire. * When it starts to boil, we cover the pot and lower the heat.
