Crazy Churros.

What respectable Venezuelan has not eaten some churros accompanied by a cup of coffee in the afternoon, if you are one of those who has not eaten or want to learn how to make them I bring you this easy recipe today that will make you spend an afternoon or spectacular snack, it is of some "crazy churros" as I call it. To taste this delicacy there are many ways, some eat them with sugar above, however, you can put what you want, there is no specific rule of what you can or can not put, many add melted chocolate or dulce de leche as They are sold by the famous franchise "Churromania", you can also put Nutella will be great, everything is a matter of taste, particularly I like only with dulce de leche.

Ingredients:

NOTE: Be careful with the oil, do not let it get too cold because the churros may get greasy and if you let it get too hot you can easily burn it.

Preparation:

1- In a pot add the hot water almost boiling together with the butter, sugar and cinnamon, stir until everything is homogeneous.

3- Use a sleeve with a star shaped beak to make the shape of the churros, there are utensils that are special for this, if you have them can be very useful.

4- Heat the oil in a pot and add the mixture in the form of churros.

5- When they are golden you can remove them and they will be ready to taste.

6- However, you can add whatever you want, I made them with dulce de leche and melted chocolate and they were amazing.
