ISDS can also be used to sue sovereign states for banning environmentally hazardous and carcinogenic chemicals like glyphosate, enforcing the sacred corporate right to poison workers and animals for massive profits, or protecting domestic industry and enforcing the sacred corporate right to offshore jobs to the third world and use literal slave labor in their supply chain. In ISDS arbitration, the fabricated rights of wholly legal persons take precedence over the human rights of flesh and blood persons.
