Greetings! This is probably the first time you see this logo, and this is the symbol that will represent **Speak On Steem** (SPEEM). As a developer with experience in creating web solutions, I have been working on a new project for the Steem community called SPEAK ON STEEM, a video platform built on the Steem blockchain. My experience in the development of SPEAK ON STEEM has given me a deep understanding of the needs of content creators, especially in the field of video. I think this perspective, combined with my technical skills, would allow me to be a valuable curator for the platform, identifying and supporting quality content and encouraging the growth of the video community at Steem. In addition, I have been working closely with 2 excellent video creators who are @marvinvelasquez and @nsijoro who will team up with me this month and help me with the work. - A brief summary of what their game or app does and how it benefits the Steem platform SPEAK ON STEEM aims to foster a vibrant community around video content on Steem. It will incorporate familiar Steem features like voting and commenting, encouraging interaction and rewarding both creators and engaged viewers. By creating a focused environment for video, SPEAK ON STEEM can increase user engagement and activity on the Steem blockchain. It provides new avenues for users to connect, share their passions through video, and participate in the Steem economy. - Details of how a Community Curation account would help their game or app develop and grow. We are making the application early because we want to increase the traffic of video content in Steem to the maximum before launching the official announcement of the App. By providing early upvotes and visibility, it would incentivize new creators to join and contribute to the platform. I started on the platform through a job offer as a software developer and little by little I was integrating the blog as such. My activities on the blog began with a healing project called @steem-seven which stopped for a while and was strongly reactivated a few months ago. A short time later I joined as a Community Manager in the Latin community where I have developed and together with a great team we have taken the project on a very good path. Among the applications I have developed for steem I can mention https://ecosynthesizer.com which is owned by @symbionts, and others such as http://t.me/steem_cotify_bot in collaboration with @cotina and https://steemways.com together with the Steem Seven team. In addition to some other open source projects on my Github I am a main moderator in Comunidad Latina for more than 24 months maintaining the post and active keys; I worked together with the Newcommers community as a Greeter in it where I supported @cryptokannon with several curation bots for steemcurator03; I support several communities such as Colombia Original with the automated payment of rewards to delegates.
