Yesterday I discovered Iconomi and was positively surprised. On this platform it is possible to buy so called DIGITAL ASSET ARRAYS or DAA's which cover a huge chunk of the whole cryptosphere. You can imagine a DAA as an investment fund that represents any number of digital assets, such as tokens or coins. So for clarification, you can see the Blockchain Index below, which at the time of the screenshot, represented 78% of the total market cap of Cryptos

With the purchase of DAA's, you don't have to sign up at 1000 different exchanges to invest in all the blockchains and cryptocurrencies you find interesting.

There are a variety of different DAA's available to you. All of them have different strategies and managers.

I took about half an hour of my time and compared the DAA's with each other. It was noticeable that although the respective asset's pursue different strategies, the price development is roughly the same for all of them. I don't yet understand why this is exactly :P Maybe one of you guys can help me out :)

It was very important to me that my assets do not have a strong bitcoin focus. I see the cryptographic market as a call for diversification and not for the centralisation of outdated Stone Age blockchains, which indirectly contribute to coal-fired power plants in China and thus to environmental pollution. I mean, it's all about decentralization, isn't it? :D

Usability

I was also pleasantly surprised by the extremely user-friendly interface of Iconomi. You get the feeling that everything is in the place where it should be. This means that this platform can be operated very intuitively. I also like the simple design very much. With extremely little effort I was able to perform an Ether Deposit. The transaction took only a few minutes.

It is also possible to fund directly with Fiat money. However, the KYC guideline stipulates that sufficient verification is required. If we only had a blockchain on which our identity is stored, then this procedure would also be a matter of a few seconds :D.

The ideal entry point for newbies?

For me personally, the opportunity to invest in the whole cryptographic market with only a few clicks is an extremely good chance to bring people into the market, whose technical understanding is not sufficient to maintain several wallets and associated private keys. Think about your parents, for example. When I talk to my father about the Blockchain, he is always very interested and convinced of this technology. But if I do advise you to throw a few francs into the market, he always hesitates with the argument that he is not really familiar with the market and does not know how to do it at all. Iconomi has the potential to definitively invalidate this justification.

In addition, DAA's broad diversification means that they are definitely less risky than investing in conventional coins or tokens.

Gestern habe ich Iconomi entdeckt und bin richtig positiv überrascht worden. Auf dieser Plattform ist es möglich mit sog. DIGITAL ASSET ARRAYS oder kurz DAA's gestreut in die ganze Kryptosphäre zu investieren. Man kann sich dabei ein DAA wie ein Investmentfonds vorstellen, welche eine beliebige Anzahl von Digitalen Anlagen, wie zum Beispiel Tokens oder Coins abbilden. Damit ihr euch das bildlich vorstellen könnt, seht ihr nachfolgend den Blockchain-Index, welcher zum Zeitpunkt des Screenshots (nichts mehr ganz aktuell) 78% der ganzen Market Cap repräsentiert hat.

Durch den Erwerb von DAA's muss man sich nicht mehr bei 1000 verschiedenen Börsen anmelden um in alle Blockchains und Kryptowährungen zu investieren die man interessant findet.

Es gibt eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen DAA's die einem zur Verfügung stehen.

Ich habe mir ungefähr eine halbe Stunde Zeit genommen und habe die DAA's miteinander verglichen. Auffallend war, dass obwohl die jeweiligen Asset's unterschiedliche Strategien verfolgen, sieht die Kursentwicklung bei allen etwa gleich aus. Wieso das genau ist, verstehe ich auch noch nicht genau :P

Mir war es sehr wichtig, dass meine Assets keine starke Bitcoin-Gewichtung haben. Ich verstehe den Kryptomarkt als Aufruf zur Diversifikation und nicht zur Zentralisierung von längst überholten Steinzeit-Blockchains, welche indirekt Kohlekraftwerke von China und damit zur Umweltverschmutzung beitragen. Ich meine es dreht sich hier doch alles um Dezentralisierung, nicht wahr? :D

Benutzerfreundlichkeit

Was mich zusätzlich sehr positiv überrascht hat, ist die extrem benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche von Iconomi. Man hat das Gefühl, dass alles an dem Platz ist, wo es sein soll. So kann diese Plattform sehr intuitiv bedient werden. Auch das schlichte Design gefällt mir sehr gut. Mit extrem wenig Aufwand konnte ich ein Ether-Deposit durchführen. Die Transaktion hat nur wenige Minuten gedauert.

Ebenfalls besteht die Möglichkeit direkt mit Fiat-Geld einzusteigen. Dafür ist aber nach KYC-Richtlinie vorgeschrieben, dass man sich ausreichend verifiziert. Hätten wir doch nur eine Blockchain, auf welcher unsere Identität abgespeichert ist, dann wäre auch dieses Prozedere eine Sache von wenigen Sekunden :D.

Der Ideale Einstieg für Newbies?

Für mich persönlich ist die Möglichkeit durch DAA's in den gesamten Kryptomarkt mit nur wenigen Klicks investieren zu können eine extrem gute Möglichkeit Leute in den Markt zu holen, wessen Technikverständnis nicht ausreichend ist um mehrere Wallets und damit verbundene Private Key's zu unterhalten. Denkt mal an eure Eltern zum Beispiel. Wenn ich mit meinem Vater über die Blockchain spreche, ist er stets sehr interessiert und von dieser Technologie überzeugt. Doch wenn ich jeweils rate doch auch ein paar Franken in dem Markt zu werfen, dann zögert er immer mit der Begründung, sich nicht richtig auszukennen und nicht zu wissen wie das überhaupt geht. Iconomi hat das Potential diese Begründung endgültig zu entkräften.

Zudem sind DAA's durch ihre breite Diversifizierung auf jeden Fall risikoärmer als die Investition in herkömmliche Coins oder Tokens.
