Jeff also made history by crossing the $100 Billion mark which has only been done once before in the Forbes tracking of wealth since 1982. In 1999, Bill Gates briefly worth 100 billion dollars. Jeff has increased his net worth by 25% in less than 3 months. Jeff’s wealth has been tied to his ownership in amazon stocks where he owns about 16% of the company which is worth about $107 billion dollars. He possibly might not hold that position for a long time, because his net worth will fall if amazon stock price dramatically falls. His company amazon has really diversified and majorly their venture, amazon web services which is offering computing power to companies and startups that can get the computing power that they need and they pay as they go. Jeff is an inspiration to young entrepreneurs like me and a good example of what success in business can look like when one is focused and hardworking.
