Every single BOOM in history has basically followed a 3-part script.

James gives three big examples.

The roaring 1920's stock market boom.

The tech boom of the 1990's.

And the 2000's housing boom.

Each BOOM has three stages.

Stage 1 = Only creators and early enthusiasts or advocates are buying or investing in the new trend.

Stage 2 = The "smart money" or institutional investors make the trend their friend and buy in.

Stage 3 = The public jumps in on the action and THIS is what triggers the massive price explosion in every boom.

I even alluded to stage three in my best selling book Stack Silver Get Gold.

"The public is always late to the party".

So lets quickly apply the three stages to the 90's tech boom and then apply it to the current crypto boom.

Look at this chart of the NASDAQ from 1994 to 2000.

So here's the breakdown.

Stage 1 - In the early-mid 1990's hardly anyone was into the internet. Just a relatively few early adopters investing and putting their heart and souls into it. Most people thought it was a fad, if anything.

Stage 2 - In 1995 Netscape goes public and the institutional investors (smart money) start to pay attention. Venture capitalists and pension funds started putting their money into early versions and IPO's of Amazon and Yahoo etc and just killing it.Even in 1998 the economist Paul Krugman, darling of the mainstream media and a generally horrendous economist in my opinion, said the internet would be no better than the failing fax machine. You and or the rest of America wasn't yet buying tech stocks. It wasn't until about 1999 that the public started going crazy for tech. You heard that your uncle made a killing. So and so's neighbor became a millionaire. The barber cutting your hair was even talking about tech stocks.

This is when we hit....

Stage 3 - The public who is always late to the party gets in and puts the BOOM in boom. As you can see in the chart. The Nasdaq went up and went up fast. Up 85% in 1999 alone and many stocks went up much more than that. Thousands of percent.If you look at any bubble in history, you'll find this same pattern. Housing, the roaring 20's, tulip mania, the South Sea Trading bubble in the 1700's.
