The level of dedication, preparation and skill demonstrated here is incredible and should serve as inspiration to anyone who sees it. Much of the time we want life to be straight forward and easy, for things to come to us without the requisite effort. That’s human nature so don’t worry but deep down we all know what it takes to achieve something to be really proud of.

Nothing worthwhile comes easily.

Life is an astonishing adventure,

or at least it should be. But, it should not be easy. From the spoiled child to the entitled adult, humans if encouraged by negative patterns (Ego) will decrease their vibrational energy and move to lower states of consciousness through apathy. Fuelled by an instinct to retreat inwards rather than to expand themselves out in to the world. The untrained inner-self, plagued by neurotic thoughts and self-interest is a corrosive place for the spirit. The energy available there is so limited that one can only contract and so consciousness narrows creating uninspiring people.

The trained inner-self on the other hand and when mindful is much more free of attachment to ego and can garner energy from the boundless universe and transmit that infinite energy around their own body and back into their environment and so we get inspiring people and very colour in-between.

FEAR is the way to negative thought forms.

LOVE is the way to an unlimited existence.

DO NOT BE PRESSED SO HARD BY FEAR.

Everyone has the capacity to soar and to ride the empyrean way of gratitude and grace.
