This post is for all you thrill seekers out there. The ones that live on the edge. The ones who are never afraid to do anything their friends challenge them to. Here are 5 of the best ways to get that adrenaline rush you seek in a "relatively" safe manner. Obviously, accidents happen in nearly all of these activities, but they are few and far between as long as you make sure you are doing so in a safe manner.

Cliff Jumping

This is one of the more dangerous ones on my list due to the fact that it isn't monitored or regulated by anyone. You can go cliff jumping anywhere you find a cliff and some water to jump in to. Therefore, before doing any sort of cliff diving make sure you check the area you will be landing. Take your biggest breath and go as far under water as you can to check if you can reach the bottom. If you can, you definitely shouldn't be jumping there. If you care about your life a lot, maybe send one of your friends first. A nice thrill that lasts a few seconds, depending on how high you are jumping from.

Technical Scuba Diving

This requires a lot of skill and a lot of practice. IF you don't have the time, energy, or money to get fully into technical diving (beyond 130 feet), then I wouldn't recommend this for you. Technical divers are classified as anyone certified to go beyond 130 feet below the surface. After that depth, divers must start to use different mixes of air (usually adding helium) to make sure their lungs don't explode from the intense pressure that far below the surface. The deepest scuba dive ever is argued about quite a bit, but the most widely accepted is the man who went deeper than 1,000 feet in 2014. The dive took him an entire day to complete due to all of the decompression stops required on the way up. A pretty big thrill being that far below the surface and lasting all day as you ascend to the top.

Skydiving

Most people will fly in an airplane several times throughout their life, but a much smaller percentage will jump out of one. One of the more safe adrenaline rushes because you will always need to be with a trained professional on your first few jumps. As long as you completely trust that person and nothing completely out of the ordinary happens, you'll be back on the ground in around 5 minutes. The feeling of free falling is one of the greatest adrenaline rushes a person can have. Obtaining terminal velocity while aimed directly at the ground is a huge thrill most adrenaline junkies can't live without doing at least once.

Bungee Jumping

Jumping off a bridge with a rope tied to your foot sounds like the dumbest thing you could do. However, it gives you about the same amount of thrill and adrenaline as the skydiving, from about 3% the height. Although you don't jump with a trained professional, you are heavily monitored and the equipment is strictly tested by the company running the business. A pretty big thrill from the time you jump until you get bungee'd up the first time. Also can involve a pretty good view depending on what you are jumping off of.

Rock Climbing

Rock climbing without any equipment is stupid. But, as always, stupid=adrenaline=fun. It's really simple math, 1st grade level. This may be the only one on my list that I would never do. Not being secured in any way while I'm climbing up a mountain sounds too reliant on my own skill, which I usually lack. However, adding in equipment and safety means less adrenaline but more chance of living to see the next day. Rock climbing gives you the thrill and adrenaline rush the entire time you're doing it, as well as a hell of a workout. This one is definitely for those athletic thrill seekers that believe they can do anything.

Overall, I wanted to keep the list short for purpose of entertainment. However, other good adrenaline rushes include:

Parasailing
Ziplining
High wire walking
