It can be seen as scenes from a movie in which things happen in different locations but at the same time, without there being any problem between them. - And of course, tension. Honestly, I never expected that end. Even, I had already felt melancholic because the girl had run out of her beloved aunt. But a great turnaround in the last paragraph transformed everything. Thanks for that. - Finally, I want to say that you achieved in this text what many writers cannot: that each character identifies with their line. When she spoke, or the girl spoke, or the mother was named or the father appeared, each word is adapted for the characters. When I see a text like this I'm shocked because it is something very difficult to achieve and even more in a short text like this one. Congratulations! The story:| -------------| I felt identified, because that feeling of a university scholarship is the maximum for any person with few resources; I lived it. I think the most shocking thing is that even though she didn't travel, it didn't feel at any time like a sad story. That shows that you didn't try to promote pity, on the contrary, you offer to your readers a cathartic view of life.
