# Hello,,CCS friends!
## I am @shimulakter From Bangladesh # Assalamu Alaikum. **How are you all? I hope that you are all very well by the infinite mercy of the great Creator. I hope you are in the CCS community. I also want to work with you in this community. I want to work as an active member of this community.Today I will share a life style blog.** I do a lot of things every day. But there is one thing I do for myself and that is to walk every morning. Walking is good for both body and mind. Today, friends, I will share something about that. If you have good health, everything is good. And if you don't have good health, nothing is really good. And keeping this in mind, I walk my son to school every morning. There is a wonderful place for walking next to my son's school. The place is surrounded by beautiful greenery. It is in the area of Dhaka University. Thanks to this walking, I am able to stay disease-free. There is also a beautiful arrangement here to rest when you get tired of walking. Hopefully you have seen it in the photography. I am very conscious about my health. So one of the daily tasks is to jog. And that is why I walk in such a beautiful green area after dropping my son off at school in the morning. Every person should be aware. If you are healthy, you can keep everyone in your family healthy. No one wants to suffer from illness or any serious disease. I have a message for them, if your health is not good, it is your own problem. You cannot be good even if you have money in your pocket. To be good, you have to eat healthy food. Similarly, you have to keep yourself fit. Good health comes before everything else. I am good and healthy by controlling my lifestyle, Alhamdulillah. I have seen many people in our country become aware of any serious disease after getting sick. This is actually not the right path. The right path is to be aware of your health while you are healthy. Eat moderately, walk and exercise every day. Follow the doctor's advice. People in our country only go to the doctor when they are sick. Instead of doing this, if you follow the doctor's advice when you are a little older, you can actually be much better off. The most common disease of our people in Bangladesh is diabetes. This disease paralyzes all the organs of the human body. And so we should be aware of it even before thinking about it. Both my mother and father have this terrible disease like diabetes. My father died because of it. Therefore, everyone should keep this thing in mind and keep themselves healthy and normal. I am aware. So in my daily routine, I walk for 30 to 50 minutes. I do not eat outside food at all. I eat less sugar. I always try to eat a balanced diet. I am very good because of this. So I hope that every person should be healthy and well. Everyone should remember that health is the root of all happiness. I have shared some information about my lifestyle with you. I hope everyone will read my post and live their life with awareness.
