Preface True Colours is all about shining a spotlight on creative and talented Steemians, regardless of nationality, and fostering interaction among Steemit users. The focus is on Europe, as well as countries that are rarely visited by most curation teams. Creativity matters and is vital for any platform, yet it remains undervalued, just like the voice of the average Steemian. We have made an effort to reward as many meaningful comments as possible and encourage this kind of engagement. We have also rewarded those who maintain connections, as loneliness on the platform is increasing, and AI cannot replace genuine human interaction, though some see it as their only chance to be heard or read. In May, True Colours worked with a third team member. It was a unique experience collaborating with someone who shares a passion for art, culture, talent, and an appreciation for the creative spirit. We were able to manage the time difference effectively, ensuring the account remained active, rewards were distributed meaningfully, and no post went unattended. We also responded to replies from those who engaged with our votes and questions. We look back on a busy month where we witnessed the true colours of this platform and its users. His words may seem scarce, but they are accompanied by humor and when it comes to photography, consistency and commentary, he is one of the best Steemians out there.
